When you enroll in a course, request information, or contact us, you may provide your contact information, including your phone number and email address. By providing your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive text messages from Action Defense LLC regarding class schedules, appointment reminders, weather updates, course logistics, and customer support.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your training schedule and interactions with us.
• Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You may opt-out of text communications at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us to cancel future messaging. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and we will no longer send texts to your number unless you re-enroll.
• Help: Reply HELP at any time for more information or assistance regarding our text services.

 We value transparency with our students. Action Defense LLC may share certain personal information, such as names and email addresses, with our trusted industry partner, the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA), to provide you with additional educational resources, benefits, and training opportunities.

However, all data-sharing categories strictly exclude mobile text messaging data. No mobile information, phone numbers, or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will be shared, sold, rented, or traded to third parties, partners, or affiliates—including the USCCA—for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
